Q: Why should someone choose Post Falls Title Loans and or Sandpoint Title Loans over another loan company?
A: Simply put we value you as a customer! You are always greeted by name when you enter either location! We pride ourselves in offering the friendliest of customer service and want each customer to leave happy knowing they were treated with respect!
Q: Do I have to have a new vehicle in order to get a loan on it?
A: NO! We loan on any year titled vehicles. The amount you receive is based on the condition of your vehicle and your monthly income. There is no minimum age requirement on your vehicle. So if you have a 1963 title and need some extra cash we can help!
Q: Do I get to keep my car when I get a loan on it?
A: Yes! We only need to see your vehicle when you receive your loan funds. We complete a quick inspection over your car and you get to drive it away!
Q: I'm receiving my check in just a few days, can I still get a title loan for a short period and if so do I pay for the whole month?
A: We also pride ourselves in offering prorated loans; which means if you only have your title loan out for 8 days you will only be charged for 8 days worth of interest with no prepayment penalties.
Q: My contract maturity date is due on the 14th and I don't get paid until the 15th, what do I do?
A: This is no problem. Just let your loan agent now prior to your due date or when they call that you will need a little extra time. We are one of the only companies that doesn't charge a late fee. Since our loans are prorated you will only be charged 1 extra day of interest. It's that easy!
Q: My credit isn't that good, can I still get a title loan?
A: Absolutely! Since we do not perform credit checks just about everyone is approved here as long as you bring in the few requirements needed!
